职位要求
Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with several years working experience
- Knowledge in electrical drive engineering
- Knowledge in Software and Hardware development
- Knowledge in mechatronics
- Knowledge about quality methods(ISO9001 or TS16949, FMEA,APQP)
- Experience with Project Management for development and release new products
- Creative thinking,flexible and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in english,german is an advantage
- Good MS-Office knowledge
Responsibilities and Competence:
- Technical responsibility for projects and for compliance with specification
- Responsible to manage the develoment requirements and System FMEA
- Responsible for the overall timeschedule from technical site incl.capacity planning
- Calculation of product costs from technical site together with purchasing and production planning
- Risc analysis
- Independent handling of the projects in coordination with the project leader
- Discuss technical decisions with projectleader and customer
- Technical support for customers and prepare solutions
- Follow up the timeschedule together with project team and departments
- Integrate suppliers in the development process and secure quality,producibility and timely approval
of outsourced parts together with purchasing
- Ensure packaging,measurement- and testequipment
- Ensure development tools according to the develoment process
- Evaluate technical results (simulation,calculation,test etc.) and prepare if necessary corrective actions
